Project Description
We were honoured to be asked to assist with the planning of the Greater Langley Chamber of Commerce’s 18th Annual Celebration of Excellence Awards which recognizes the top businesses and business owners in the community. This client was looking to make some changes to this annual award show, but had been facing challenges due to budget constraints. We were able to help. We’ve developed longstanding relationships with our suppliers and with the volume of business we do annually we were able to increase the value for this client without impacting the bottom line.
We changed up all of the lighting, projected cool images around the room, added a live feed on the big screens, and found a wonderful local CTV anchor and news correspondent to be the Emcee for the evening. She was the perfect choice, and she even happened to wear a dress that matched our décor.
From calling the show from the AV booth to producing and running the presentations we were able to design a very successful event based around the client’s simple vision – the colour purple.
