Sherryl Parsons is the Owner of Rare Affairs and she has been planning events for over 10 years. She received her start while volunteering with Rotaract and Rotary to head-up the planning for the Festival of Fall Fashions which was a fundraiser to raise money to purchase wheelchairs for deserving people in third world countries.

After successfully raising over $10,000 and purchasing 150 wheelchairs she realized she had a passion to pursue event planning. While working on many events over the following several years she continued to volunteer and attended University to complete her Bachelors of Business Administration.

Sherryl and her team work tirelessly to ensure that everything from the venue, to the decorations, to the catering, to the AV requirements and anything else that may be required is taken care of to guarantee that your event is a success.
